We ship products anywhere in the United States via United Parcel Service
(UPS) or the United States Postal Service (USPS.)
When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the
availability of your items, shipping method selected and your parcel's
destination. Our discounted flat-rate shipping charges are determined
by the total dollar amount of your order.

Nationwide Drop-Shipping Program For Vitamin Power Distributors:
As an optional service for our distributors, we offer confidential factory-direct
drop-shipping to your customers coast-to-coast. We process, pick, pack and
ship the orders to your customers directly from our warehouse.

Drop-Shipping Service Instructions:
Our minimum wholesale order is $25. For drop-shipments directly to your customers,
the shipping and handling fees listed on the above schedule apply.
Add $3.00 for each order under $25 @ Distributor Cost to be drop-shipped.
To help assure accurate processing of each drop-ship order, be sure to edit
the "Ship To" section with your customer's name, address, etc. Please also type
DROP SHIP in the "Customer Notes" section of your distributor order checkout.
Distributor Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and
other overseas U.S. Territories:
Please estimate 20% of the total Distributor order amount to be added for
Priority - Air Parcel Post service required for these destinations. If the
estimated pre-paid shipping charge does not fully cover the actual costs,
we will charge the difference to your credit card account.
International Orders & Shipping Policies:
When ordering for export outside of the United States, you are considered
the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the
country to which the goods are shipped. Due to the complexity of shipping
international orders, there may be additional fees for documentation, freight
and special handling. International orders must be prepaid in U.S. Dollars
preferably as a direct wire transfer.
Depending on the specific country, there may be some products that cannot
be shipped to certain international destinations due to regulatory policies, etc.

For large volume export orders, we ship via International Air Freight
Forwarding companies such as Schenkers Inc. For smaller orders,
we typically ship via International Parcel Post. Shipping charges are
established by international postal authorities, determined by the
shipping weight of each parcel and geographic destination.
Customers outside of the United States may be subject to customs fees,
import duties and taxes. Any of these additional fees for customs clearance,
etc. are the sole responsibility of the importer. We have no control over
these fees and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary
from country to country; We recommend you contact your local customs
office or tax authority for current import-export policies and regulations.
For Japan, Taiwan, China and other International Destinations:
Please estimate adding 50% - 70% of the total dealer order amount to
cover the International AIR Parcel Post shipping-handling and insurance fees.
International Shipping Fees & Insurance Charges:
Please Note: For export orders shipped outside of the U.S.A. (including
Canada, Japan, etc.), you will be charged a nominal base rate for shipping
& insurance when your online order is processed.
If the pre-paid base shipping charge does not fully cover the actual costs,
we will charge the difference to your credit card account. If the pre-paid
base shipping charge is more than the actual costs, we will credit back the
difference to your credit card account.
